“Well straight away it was the way we were greated. Because of our membership we were checked in through the execitive room. It offerred great views of Budapest while we got a detailed explaination of the hotel and what was offerred. Also, Happy Hour was great to seat back and relax; drink wine while watching the river boats cruise up and down the Danube. Separate note the bathroom products were a nice change, good quality. I always like Sofitel bathrooms, clean and shape looking. Bed very comfy too.”

“The hotel has been renovated and it looks and works as described. Staff went the distance to make us feel comfortable and welcome. we were given a room on the 8th floor with access to the lounge, where we could have bfast in the morning, and late afternoon snack.”
