“My stay at the Bristol Hotel was completely fine, although ultimately unmemorable. The room was tiny and had a generic "boutique hotel" design to it - white duvets and dark wood furnishings, although it still felt a bit like a remodeled chain hotel. The real drawback to the hotel was the location, which really felt dicey even during the day. I'm a not so easily shocked New Yorker, but it had been a long time since I'd seen junkies shooting up on the street. Maybe that's just Frankfurt - I don't know. If I return to Frankfurt I will try to stay in another part of town.”

“The only negative was the bathroom flooded when showering. Breakfast was the most extensive we had in Europe. Good location in relation to Eurrail station. Very good people at front desk and nice to have free avail. internet. if we come back to Frankfurt, would use this hotel again.”

“I received a smoking room instead of a non smoking as requested. The rooms look very run down already. Breakfast room and service were good.... only strange that I had to pay for my espresso as only filter coffee is included in the buffet.”

“Very friendly staff, good amenities (food & drink at bar and restaurant was very good), at a very reasonable price. The room was a little too hot, and I could not adjust the heat nor get the window to open, but that's the only negative.”
