“Hotel nearly impossible to find.(we were driving-perhaps taxi might have made it easier) No sign outside. No driveway to pull into. Directions for parking not clear. Room not functional. Couch only sat 1 person in comfort. Clearly a case of looks over practicality in entire room. Shower/tub room had bad smell..perhaps because it seemed other drains were flowing into it. Lack of soundproofing in toilet room (glass walls) very unpleasant. No way to have nightlight in bathroom. Restaurant was excellent however.”

“Room very spacious, great bathroom. Wardrobe spacious but a bit mickey-mouse and not up to quality of rest of room. Room was very, very noisy, very loud traffic noise and lots of passing shouting voices to early hours of morning. From conversation with staff hotel recognise this(they keep gates shut with automatic open/close plus 24 hour doorman who controls entry) Service from front desk a bit unenthusiastic at times.”

“l'hotel est remarquable et tres bien situe . nous etions dans la partie moderne et pas un detail ne manquait . le seul petit reproche est que parfois on entend du bruit venant de la rue . le service est top , tres acceuillant et chaleureux . peut etre manque t'il un vrai bar . le restaurant est un peu cher ; mais je recommande vraiment cet hotel”

“Very nice property by Hospes chain in Grenada. Indoor pool very nice but property would be even more appealing with outdoor pool on grounds. Property also did not have WIFI but did have broadband connections in rooms as well as a computer for guest use.”

“We were upgraded to a suite, which although on the ground floor, was very comfortable. Service was attentive and top notch. The restaurant in the hotel was outstanding with very friendly service and beautifully presented food.”

“The staff were very helpful and pleasant, we were upgraded to a suite, and drink and food were not overpriced for a hotel of this standard. In the spa area, the pool was too small to properly swim in, but the atmosphere was extremely soothing and peaceful.”

“Staff was wonderful. This visit was a last minute detour on my trip to spain and was only able to stay for one night. However I was able to get a ticket to the Alhambra through the front desk, no problem and also was able to see the old town. Everything worked out fabulously. Rooms were large and nicely decorated. I loved the hallways and enjoyed a late night dinner and glass of wine outside at the restaurant.”
