Location and service

The central location near a subway station couldn't be more convenient. The friendly service made guests feel so at home. The overall decor is very pleasant.

Unlike other hotels that position themselves on style and design, the staff on the front desk were friendly, knowledgable and polite. Our room was well thought through and the pillows were super-soft, just how I like them. Breakfast was a typical Scandic affiar, fresh, healthy and tastey, although it was clear away a little too promptly. We took some late night drinks in the bar and there was a mixture of friendly and beautiful people there, which helped pass the time.

Rooms were excellent, note that shower is a wetroom rather than bathroomService was very polite and I was always greated with a smileLocation was good for things to do outside the hotel

Very nice atmosphere in a design hotel in the heart of Helsinki. Small & practical rooms. Very friendly staff and great italian restaurant!

The breakfast was to die for, lots of local specialities to choose from. It is also in a great location for exploring the centre on foot. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful - a slick operation without being pompous.

Klaus Hotel is in a great location for the city centre, cathedral, ferries, market and restaurants. The hotel is stylish throughout. My room was very clean and the rainforest shower was great. The buffet breakfast included in the room price was fantastic, there was loads of food and variety every day. I loved the chocolate cookies and carrot cake at breakfast! A laptop was provided at reception 24 hours a day for guests to use to access the internet for free, which was very helpful. On the whole, staff were happy to recommend restaurants, book taxis, etc, but some were not so helpful. The hotel restaurant served good food in much more generous portions than I had when I ate at their biggest competitor, the Kamp Hotel.

I loved the location because it was close enough to city centre, but quiet enough for a good night's rest. Inclusive breakfast was good...must try there smoked white fish on finnish rye bread! Yummm...I hope to try there Helsinki Day Spa on my next visit. Thank you, Tablet Hotels for the special offer (pay 2 for 3 nights)!
