“The overall atmosphere was like visiting with friends in a big old house. Relaxed, familiar, inviting. The real attraction are the public spaces. The restaurant service, food and setting are excellent. The outside terrace is just what's needed, sitting outside with a coffee on a slow, sunny morning. The room was well equipped, and a good wifi connection throughout the building was appreciated.”

“Elegant, discreet, quiet neighborhood, stately rooms - our basic room was HUGE! Tasteful (if the furniture had been squished into a smaller room it would've been too boutique c. 2001, but the room is so pretty it didn't matter) Staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Not in the center of things, but close to everything.”
