“The room I stayed in was very stylish and roomy. It wasn't luxurious by any means, but I really liked the design, the space and the brightness. The building is a little old, floors a little creaky. The free Wi-Fi was a great plus. Service was good, but not like at a large hotel. Very courteous and helpful, but onely one person at the desk and not manning the desk through the night.”

“I was disappointed to arrive and find that, on a very hot summer day, my room had no air conditioner and was hot and stifling, making sleep impossible for me. The staff, however, were understanding and helpful.”

“The Ace Hotel in Seattle is about as basic as they come, which isn't a bad thing (especially if you are expecting it, thin walls much!). I am pleased with my two stays at the Ace, but probably feel the need to move on and explore what else Seattle has to offer. I did enjoy the price for accommodations, as they did seem very reasonable - a minimal shick with a complimentary breakfast to boot! It is a fun place, but nicer places are ready and nearby.”

“The manager provided us with recommendations for eating, one of which was just accross the street and thesed proved to be phenomenal and greatly enhanced our experience in Seattle (our first visit). The room was stunning-it had a European sensibility-practical and unfussy yet with great attention to the details a traveler likes-such as a comfortable bed, good bath/shower soaps and lotions and bright light. The breafast area was a delight and we loved the attention to health in the food choices. We will recommend this hotel to everyone and plan to make it our destination whenever in Seattle.”

“This hotel is situated in Belltown which is just 1 block from the "free bus" zone. It is also just 3 blocks from Pier 66 which is the new cruise ship terminal. The location is great, the rooms were young & funky & had everythig we needed for our 2 night stay - Plasma tv & platform bed, a/c & quiet. The entire hotel is squeeky clean and in excellent condition. Breakfast is available in the breakfast room and there is coffee all day long. We are "mature" travelers but the hotel guests we met/saw ran the full gamut from young adults/families/couples and singles.”
