“One thing I would say is that the Concierge was not at par with the rest of the hotel & the service that they boast. A fabulous concierge can make or break ones experience. Best concierge ever is at the Goring Hotel in London England!”

“It was wonderful to spend a night in luxury at the end of a two-week trip/cruise to Alaska. My mother even commented she felt "like a rock star." I'd love to return to Vancouver for a longer stay and would definitely plan to stay again at the Wedgewood.”

“Everyone was very courteous. Service was excellent. We asked for recommendation for a good restaurant for dinner. Not only did they make the reservation for us, the restaurant was excellent, and we were provided a complimentary dish.”

“The hotel is let down by overcrowded brakfast service largely as a result of public rather than hotel guests. This strecrched the service to its limits and whilst the hotel management could see clearly that staff were unable to cope (two waiters & 1 table clearer) they deigned to offer assistance. In all other respects we enjoyed our stay but felt overall it represented poor value for money.”

“Everything was to my satisfaction. The fitness room is important to me as a frequent business traveller. The only small objection from my side is that breakfast is not included in the room rate. 25 CAD for a small (but good) breakfast buffé is a bit steap.”
