1. “For a more formal lunch, where you may wish to impress that important client and again experience the beautiful rooftop views of the city and Edinburgh Castle, the Tower is a must. It has cool contemporary architecture and a fantastic Scottish menu with a Tuscan swing. A fantastic choice of seafood and game and a special set menu for £15 all presented to a high standard, the Tower is definitely one of the best places to eat out in Edinburgh and if you are lucky and get a sunny day, you can even dine al fresco on the balcony!!”
